How long is a session?

Each session is 30 minutes in length. We encourage our clients to begin with a few minutes of cardiovascular exercise to increase core body temperature.

How often should I train?

Most clients train 2 days a week; however, frequency and duration are based on the individual client. Your trainer will discuss the best option based upon your individual needs during the initial consultation.

How much does it cost?

A 30-minute individual session is $35 for members of the YWCA and $40 for non-members. Group training is also available at the rate of $25/$30 each for 2 people and $20/$25 each for 3 people.

Where are you located?

We are located in the YWCA at 3420 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209.

Do I have to be a member of the YWCA?

No, an extra $5 is charged per session.

What is group training?

Group training is personal training with 2 or 3 other people. Individuality is still addressed.
